Information on the processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of Reg. EU 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided. This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. EU 2016/679.

 

  1. TREATMENT HOLDER: Arkimede Solutions with registered office in Via Giosuè Carducci, 5 – 20123 Milano, contactable for privacy purposes at: privacy@arkimededsolutions.com
  2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT: The personal data provided will be processed, subject to the conditions of law pursuant to Article 6(f) (legitimate interest) for the following purposes:
    • Compilation form data collection for contact request with sending the requested information.
  3. TARGETS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA TARGETS: The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients who will process the data as responsible and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor for the purposes listed above. Specifically, the data will be communicated to persons providing services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including e-mail; and to the competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations.
  4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION: Personal data are stored within the European Union. The data will be transferred according to the relevant articles of Reg. EU 2016/679.
  5. DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD: The data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period not exceeding the period of time required for the purposes, at the request of contact (maximum six months).
  6. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES: You can assert your rights as expressed by EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Owner or the RPD. You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or to object to their processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor.

 

The communication of personal data is not an obligation. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to use the services offered. There is no automated decision-making.
