This page describes how to manage this site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult them. Place of data processing

Processing related to web services is carried out only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

Types of data processed


Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message. Processing methods and data retention times

  • where possible, the intended retention period of personal data or, where not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
  • the existence of the right of the data subject to request the controller to correct or delete personal data or to restrict the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;
  • the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling
  1. The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. In view of the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to delete without undue delay the personal data within the limits and in the cases provided for by the current legislation. The controller shall communicate to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing within the limits and in the forms provided for in the current legislation.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the limitation of processing.

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, of common use and readable by automatic device the personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from the data controller.
